in the good old days we used to open every day at half past twelve with the exception of mondays, and we used to close after dinner time every day with the exception of sundays (closing after lunch time) and mondays because as we did not open, we did’t need to close.
from July 2026 on, we don’t close anymore, since we don’t open either
